Linda and family...our thoughts and prayers are with you. You know how much we loved that girl, I am so glad we had been emailing just a bit and sending cards, we get so busy we forget to keep up with friends. She has been on our church's prayer list since we first heard about it. We know of all people, this girl is in the front row in Heaven! She was an angel on Earth, such a blessing to get to be friends with her. Love to you all. God bless and comfort you.

Cousin Ashlie will be truly missed by all that knew and loved her. She and her mom, Linda, were right there with us when my mom was first diagnosed with lung cancer, We all loved when Ashlie also came to visit and explore Boston. I feel very sad that I lost someone I really connected with in the family. Rest in peace, dear Ashlie.

Dear family and friends of Ashlie,

We would like to offer our deepest condolences in regards to your recent loss of your dear Ashlie. She most truly will be missed. We are Bible Educators and we wanted to share some hopes found in the Bible and given to us by our Heavenly Father.

The Bible shares this one promise from God at Acts 24:15, where it says, "There is going to be a resurrection." This is a guarantee from God. What a comfort to know that there WILL be a time when we willl once again see our loved ones that have passed.

Also, note what it promises at Isaiah 25:8, "He [God] will swallow up death forever, and ... wil wipe away tears from all faces." This is a hope that one day we will no longer have death to rob us of our loved ones. This is according to God's original purpose for mankind and will take place sometime in the near future according to Bible prophecy.

But until that time we can find comfort at 2 Corinthians 1:3 where it says, "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort."

Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family and may our words bring you all some hope and comfort in some small way.

Sincerely,
Bob and Judy Hoffman

Dear family and friends of Ashlie.
I knew Ashlie when she lived in Ashland, Ohio. She was friends with some of the people I worked with and admire. (primarily Cheri Cahall Lintz and Celia Robles Cureton) Ashlie was one of those people that even if you didn't know her well, her light and love permeated all those around her. She had a special place in my heart because she was a Maryland girl (I grew up in Pasadena , close to Lake Waterford) and she was always proud to be a Md. girl. I've never left a message for someone that I didn't know as a close friend but you all know how special she was. Please know that her love and light and goodness doesn't end just because her body stopped, she is one of those people that will always make this world better because she was a true reflection of our fathers love and love like that doesn't stop! I am so glad I got to meet a true angel.
