Cynthia Susan "Cindi" Burleson Ritter

Bloomington, MD – Cynthia Susan “Cindi” Burleson Ritter, 63, of Bloomington, MD passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center Cumberland, MD.

She was born on May 30, 1954 in Hagerstown, MD to Gloria L. Higgins Armstrong of Williamsport, MD and the late Norman G. Burleson.

She was a graduate of Fredericksburg High School Fredericksburg, Virginia.

She was a veteran of the United States Air Force.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

She was a past member of the Essex Chapter #783 Moose Lodge.

Besides her mother Cindi is survived by her boyfriend William Hagin of Bloomington, MD; son Matthew Ridgeway of Baltimore, MD; son Adam Ridgeway of Baltimore, MD; son Nicholas Ridgeway of Baltimore, MD; daughter Stephanie Hagin of Annapolis, MD; grandson Evan Ridgeway of Baltimore, MD; granddaughter Emily Burleson of Martinsburg, WV; brother Aaron Burleson and his wife Tina of Spotsylvania, VA; brother Jason Burleson of Baltimore, MD; sister Rebecca Dawson and her husband Steve of Berkeley Springs, WV; sister Cynthia Hunt of New Mexico;numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins; her loving dogs Tater, Eenie Teenie and Max.

A memorial service will be held at the Alsatia Club 141 W. Washington St. Hagerstown, MD on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 12:00 (noon) with Rev. Todd Lady and Rev. Steve Dawson officiating.
