George Martin Cunningham

Williamsport, MD – George Martin Cunningham, 62, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at his home and is now in his eternal home with Jesus.

He was born on July 17, 1955 in Williamsport, MD to the late Lawrence Marvin and Kathryn Viola Martin Cunningham.

He was employed at Danzer Metal Works until his retirement.

He was of the Protestant Faith.

George is survived by his wife of 44 years Bonnie L. Crawford Cunningham; daughter Velvet A. Ardinger and her husband Robert of Williamsport, MD; daughter Aletta D. Itnyre and her husband Joe of Sharpsburg, MD; his loving grandchildren Kati, Bobby, George, Jaustin, Bella, and Maurie; great grandchildren Quincee and Avery; brother Robert Cunningham of Portage, PA; special mother in law Betty J. Crawford; many nieces, nephews, cousins, brother in laws, and sister in laws.

He was predeceased by two sisters Lois South and Nancy Strong and two brothers Barry Cunningham and Larry Cunningham.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, October 2, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Monday for the convenience of family and friends.

Burial will be private.
