James Wallace Staubs

Falling Waters, WV – James Wallace Staubs, 76, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Ruby Memorial Hospital Morgantown, WV.

He was born on April 2, 1941 in Martinsburg, WV to the late James M. and Arlean Murphy Staubs.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol Ann Louise Staubs in 2010.

He was an Upholsterer and farmer his entire life.

He was of the Christian Faith.

He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who loved life, God and his family and never met a stranger.  His passion was restoring antique Fords.

James is survived by his daughter Teresa L. Jainniney and her husband Jerry of Falling Waters, WV; son Robert W. Staubs and his wife Cathy of Mont Alto, PA; grandchildren Clayton J. Weaver of Hedgesville, WV, Gabrielle A. Jainniney of Falling Waters, WV, Ashley R. Staubs and fiance’ Dustin Haluska of Mont Alto, PA, Katelyn M. Staubs of Philadelphia, PA, and Jason R. Staubs and his wife Brittany of Charlotte, NC; great grandson Carter M. Haluska of Mont Alto, PA; many nieces and nephews; his four legged best friend Murphy.

He was predeceased by his son James R. Staubs and a brother Bobby Staubs.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Wednesday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating.  Interment will be in Harmony Cemetery Falling Waters, WV.
