Jason Matthew Edwards

Ridgeley, WV – Jason Matthew Edwards, 41, of Ridgeley, WV passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at his home.

He was born on December 21, 1975 in Cumberland, MD to Richard Howard Edwards, Jr. of Short Gap, WV and Robin Elizabeth Detrick Stonebreaker of Williamsport, MD.

He was a graduate of Williamsport High School and attended Allegany Community College in Cumberland, MD.

Jason was previously employed by Sealy Mattress of Williamsport, MD and prior employed by Coca-Cola of Hagerstown, MD.

He was of the Baptist Faith.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Besides his parents he is survived by his stepfather Charles William Stonebreaker, Jr. of Williamsport, MD; son Hunter M. Edwards of Ridgeley, WV; son Dylan Miles of Virginia; sister Karrie A. Edwards of WV; sister Tara L. Wolfe of Hagerstown, MD; sister Nicole E. Kelley of Great Mills, MD; sister Sarah Edwards of LaVale, MD; brother Rusty M. Edwards of Williamsport, MD; brother Charles M. Stonebreaker of Clear Spring, MD; brother Cody R. Edwards of Edkhart Mines, MD; one granddaughter; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Jason was predeceased by a brother Dennis W. Stonebreaker.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, November 30, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 10:00 am with Pastor Chris Schlotterbeck officiating.  Interment will be in Hillcrest Burial Park Cumberland, MD on Friday, December 1, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
