Jerry Kent Hope

Falling Waters, WV - Jerry Kent Hope, 74, of Falling Waters, WV and formerly of

Rockville, MD passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD.

He was born on May 11, 1943 in Amigo, West Virginia to the late Randall Sayre and Helen Malcolm Banister.

He was an Automotive Body Technician.

Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife Sharon Ann (Stevens) Hope whom he married July 9, 1965; daughter Constance Pierce

and her husband Douglas of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Yvonne M. Mergner of Mt. Airy, MD; son Jerry K. Hope, Jr.

and his wife Danielle of Chesapeake, VA; brother Clyde R. Hope of Rockville, MD; brother Joseph Hope of Chicago, Illinois;

7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by three brothers Maxwell Hope, Edward Hope and David Hope.
