Martha Jane Shank

Falling Waters, WV – Martha Jane Shank, 85, of Falling Waters, WV and formerly of Williamsport, MD passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at her home.

She was born on July 16, 1932 in Downsville, Maryland to the late John David and Nettie Mae Brown Howell.

She was previously employed as a School Bus Driver with the Washington County Public Schools.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

Martha is survived by her husband, Eugene Edward “Gene” Shank whom she married August 18, 1950; son Eugene E. Shank, Jr. and his wife Sharon of Williamsport, MD; son Kenneth L. Shank and his wife Tammy of Falling Waters, WV; grandchildren Shaun Shank, Andrew Shank, and Krystle Shank.

She was predeceased by a son Dennis W. Shank, sister Mary E. Poe, and a brother David L. Howell.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. Robert V. Robinson officiating.
