Falling Waters, WV- Mary Catherine Martin, 59, of Falling Waters, WV and formerly of Williamsport, MD passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Berkeley Medical Center Martinsburg, West Virginia.
She was born on January 2, 1959 in Hagerstown, Maryland to the late Leo Dewey Jr. and Vallie Virginia Haines Burk.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Terrence Wayne Martin, Sr. in 2011.
She was a 1977 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport, MD.
Mary was previously employed by Sheetz in Williamsport, Maryland for almost 20 years.
She previously attended Calvary Temple Williamsport, MD.
Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly A. Martin of Martinsburg, WV; daughter Tera M. Martin of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Tonya M. Martin of Hagerstown, MD; son Terrence W. “Terry” Martin, Jr. of Hagerstown, MD; son Donald W. Martin of Hagerstown, MD; sister Susan Shifflett of Williamsport, MD; sister Cheryl Cline of Williamsport, MD; sister Margaret Bingaman of Sharpsburg, MD; brother Charles Burk of Williamsport, MD; brother Earl Burk of Williamsport, MD; grandchildren Britany, Destiny, Amber, Heather, Cody, Tiffany, Devin, Xavier, Caitlin, Dakota, and Tyon; great grandchildren Gahvin, Arianna, Addalynne, and Lanie; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by a sister Betty J. Garland.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 3:00-5:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Saturday for the convenience of family and friends.
