Frederick, MD – Mary Ellen Olden, 90, of Frederick, MD passed away on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Ballenger Creek Center Frederick, MD.

She was born on September 17, 1927 in Knoxville, Maryland to the late Harry and Carrie Mae Durmer Nuse.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Franklin Olden in 1974.

She was a Homemaker.

Mary is survived by her daughter Bonnie Baker of Hedgesville, WV; daughter Debbie Dewey and her husband Patrick of Alvin, TX; granddaughter Karen Reynolds and her husband Andy of California; granddaughter Jennifer Lopes and her husband Johnny of King’s George, VA; granddaughter Allison Baker of Orlando, FL; granddaughter Brandy Baker of Morgantown, WV; three great grandchildren Ashton, Alexandra, and Aubree; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a sister Dorothy Russell; two brothers Harry Nuse, and Thomas Nuse; and special friend Robert Baker.

There will be no viewing.

Burial will be private.
