15, 2018 at Sterling Healthcare at South Mountain.

She was born on September 14, 1938 in Mercersburg, PA to the late Raymond and Elizabeth Carpenter Blair.

She was a driver for Turner's Taxi.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD

with Rev. Robert V. Robinson officiating.
