My sincere condolences to the family. I served with then GySgt Fulmer in 81 mortar platoon 2d Bn, 3d Marines in Hawaii. He was a good guy. Today, sadly, I recognized his picture here on the Herald Mail website. I lived in the Hagerstown area for 14 years after discharge from the Corps. All those years The Gunny and I lived nearby to each other and never knew it. Rest in peace Gunny Fulmer. Semper Fi.
