Anna Mae Catherine Tressler

Hagerstown, MD – Anna Mae Catherine Tressler, 88, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Monday, November 27, 2017 at her home.

She was born on July 28, 1929 in Halfway, Maryland to the late Samuel Isaac and Grace Mae Warrenfeltz Anderson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Calvin Tressler on April 2, 2013.

She was a Housewife.

She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Williamsport, MD.

She was also a member of Western Enterprise Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary where she helped with Bingo every Saturday and other special events.

Anna Mae enjoyed spending time with family especially her grandchildren, taking bus trips and playing bingo.

She is survived by her daughter Linda D. Tressler of Hagerstown, MD; son Michael D. Tressler of Hagerstown, MD; son Daniel I. Tressler and wife Patty of Hagerstown, MD; son James A. Tressler and wife Debra of Chambersburg, PA; son Clyde C. Tressler and his wife Sandy of Hagerstown, MD; son George R. Tressler and wife Tina of Hagerstown, MD; brother William M. Anderson of Clear Spring, MD; brother Charles E. Anderson of Downsville, MD; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons William E. Tressler and John J. Tressler and four sisters Mary V. Deavers, Alice E. Hofe, Ruth E. Daub, and Pauline Anderson.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, December 3, 2017 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, December 4, 2017 at 1:00 pm with Chaplain Richard Bower officiating.  Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
