Cheryl Lee Hershberger

Hagerstown, MD – Cheryl Lee Hershberger, 65, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2019 at Meritus Medical Center of Hagerstown, MD.

She was born in Los Angeles, California on April 11, 1954 to the late Marshall Gary and Frances Ann Pernechele Tucker.

Cheryl worked as a Cashier in retail sales most of her working life. 

She was of the Catholic Faith.

She loved to play Bingo and loved animals.  Her grandson “Jacob” was the apple of her eye.  She loved her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Katherine D. Wittlake of Colorado Springs, CO; son Jeffrey D. Taylor and his companion Tina Tressler of Hagerstown, MD; sister Chris McHenry of California; sister Kathleen Holder of Nevada; sister Brigitte Tucker-Ford of California; grandson Jacob T. Tressler; her special friend T.J. who has always been there for her.

Also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.

Cheryl’s wishes were to be cremated and sent back home to California.
