Christopher Carl Forsyth

Clear Spring, MD – Christopher Carl Forsyth, 43, of Clear Spring, MD passed away on Monday, October 30, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD unexpectedly after a brief illness.

He was born on March 20, 1974 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Carl Wingert and Joan Lorraine Harbaugh Forsyth.

He was a 1992 graduate of Clear Spring High School Clear Spring, MD.

He was employed by Citi-Group of Hagerstown, MD for 24 years.

He was a member of Mt. Calvary Church of God Clear Spring, MD and attended Valley Assembly of God.

Christopher enjoyed farming and working on tractors, he also enjoyed fly-fishing, and being outdoors.

He is survived by his wife Courtney Melissa Kretzer Forsyth whom he married October 3, 1998; his daughter Allison; brother Mitch V. Forsyth and his wife Diane of Havre, MT;and his nieces Jennifer and Ashley.

A celebration of life service will be held at Mt. Calvary Church of God 12340 National Pike Clear Spring, MD on Saturday, November 4, 2017 at 11:00 am with Rev. Leon Powell officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday at the church from 10:00-11:00 am.
