Connie I. Weaver

Williamsport, MD – Connie I. Weaver, 75, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at Doey’s House Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on November 7, 1943 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Maurice Gibson and Mildred Marie Eichelberger Hoffman.

She was a 1961 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport, MD.  She attended floral design school in Chicago.

Connie was self-employed as a Florist. She owned and operated Hoffman’s House of Flowers in Halfway, MD in the 1960’s. Arranging flowers was her passion.  She taught floral arranging at Hagerstown Community College.

She volunteered at Rocky Gap State Park as a Camp Host.

She was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Williamsport, MD.

She enjoyed being a member of the Pinesburg Good Neighbor Club.

Connie is survived by her husband of 54 years Robert W. Weaver, Sr.; son Robert W. “Pete” Weaver, Jr. and his wife Lori Ann of Williamsport, MD; daughter Sharon M. Keplinger and her husband Scott of Williamsport, MD; loving grandchildren Ryan, Justin, Brooke, Erica and great grandson Zane; sister M. Faye Wagaman of Williamsport, MD; sister Beverly Hoffman of Hagerstown, MD.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, June 3, 2019 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Kim Nunberg officiating. Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.
