Williamsport, MD – Donna Jeanette Palmer, 70, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Hospice of the Panhandle Kearneysville, WV.
She was born on February 16, 1948 in Williamsport, MD to the late Donald Rex and Dolly Jeanette Madison Rider.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Palmer in 2014.
She was a 1966 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport, MD.
Donna was employed by the Social Security Administration as an Administrator until her retirement.
She is survived by her brother Charlie Rider of Williamsport, MD.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, December 27, 2018 from 6:00-8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Friday, December 28, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating.
