Joyce Roberta Kramer

Williamsport, MD – Joyce Roberta Kramer, 73, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on January 10, 1944 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Millard Edward and Erma Iona Rudy Kelbaugh.

She was a 1963 graduate of South Hagerstown High School Hagerstown, MD.

She was employed by Gregory C. Bannon Attorney at Law for 27 years as an Office Manager until her retirement.  She also owned and operated The Briar Patch in Williamsport, MD.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

She was the Chairperson of the C&O Days in Williamsport, MD.

Joyce loved going to Charlestown Racetrack, playing Bingo, and going shopping.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years Paul E. Kramer; son Douglas E. Kramer; daughter Staci M. Miller and her husband Kevin; daughter Kristi L. Hall; loving grandchildren Amberlyn, Cameron, Michaela,and Kendall; loving great grandson Christian; sister Betty Lowans; sister Mattie Cauffman; brother Buck Kelbaugh; brother Harvey Kelbaugh; brother Larry Kelbaugh; sister in law and longtime friend Sue Kelbaugh.

She was predeceased by two brothers Dennis Kelbaugh and George Kelbaugh.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 11:00 am with Pastor Steve Wagoner officiating.
