June Lorraine Alford

Hagerstown, MD – June Lorraine Alford, 86, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Doey’s House Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on June 6, 1932 in Smithsburg, MD to the late Grover Cleveland and Elnora Louise Stouffer Myers.

She was preceded in death by her husband, LCDR Donald L. Alford US Navy in 2004.

June was employed as a Sales Associate with Tuesday Morning until her retirement in 2015.

She was a member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Smithsburg, MD.

She is survived by her daughter Cindy E. Ecton and her husband Elmer “Skeeter” of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Vickie A. Eyler of Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren Ronald E. Ecton of Leesburg, VA; Brian M. Ecton of Baltimore, MD; Christy K. Seibert of Bar Harbor, Maine; great grandchildren Elijah, Noah, Evan, Emma, Emily, Courtney, and Kiran; great great grandchildren Kali, Skyler, and Gunner.

She was predeceased by four sisters Mary Hoch, Ruth Fox, Marie Harshman, and Clarissa Mullendore, and one brother Robert Myers.

There will be no viewing.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11:00 am with Rev. Sandra Kline Mortimer and Pastor Jan Wade officiating.
