June E. "Mick" Jamison

Hagerstown, Maryland- June E. “Mick” Jamison, 79 of Hagerstown, MD and formerly of Sharpsburg, MD passed away on Wednesday September 19, 2018 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD.

Born August 11, 1939 in Hagerstown, MD, she was the daughter of the late Charles Irvin and Pearl Durbin Sigler.

She was a 1957 graduate of Williamsport High School and was a Mail Carrier for the United States Postal Service until her retirement.

She was a member of St. James Brethren Church and most recently attended Faith Christian Fellowship in Williamsport, MD.

Mick is survived by her husband of 60 years Marvin L. Jamison, a daughter Vicki M. Gross and her husband Alvin of Boonsboro, MD, 2 sons Rodney L. Jamison and his wife Jennie of Frederick, MD and Jay M. Jamison and his wife Amanda of Boonsboro, MD, 4 grandsons Jeremy M. Jamison and his wife Stacey of Hancock, MD, A.J. Jamison and his fiancé` Ariel of Greencastle, PA, Logan P. Jamison of Dallas, TX and Avery W. Carter of Boonsboro, MD, 4 granddaughters Kendra R. Barnhart of Chambersburg, PA, Jessie E. Brashears and her husband Kyle of Rohrersville, MD, Alicia L. Jamison and her companion Jonathan of Frederick, MD and Asante I. Randall of Boonsboro, MD, 4 great granddaughters Lilly, Daphne, Ellie and Layla, 4 great grandsons Wyatt, Caleb, R.J. and Bryson, a sister Mary Smith of Sharpsburg, MD and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter Cheri Wheeler, 4 sisters Ruth Litten, Betty Daley, Helen Smith and Wanda Winters and 5 brothers Howard, Russell, Donald, Ralph and Layton “Pete” Sigler.

The family will receive friends on Monday September 24, 2018 from 6:00-9:00pm at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD 21795.  For the convenience of family and friends, the funeral home will open Monday at 12:00 noon.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday September 25, 2018 at 11:00am with Pastor Gordon McDaniel and Pastor Mike McNamee officiating at Faith Christian Fellowship 16726 Lappans Rd. Williamsport, MD 21795.  Burial will follow at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown, MD.
