Lois Lucille Helman

Maugansville, Maryland-Lois Lucille Helman, 80 of Maugansville, MD passed away on Sunday September 2, 2018 at Fahrney Keedy Home and Village in Boonsboro, MD.

Born in Hagerstown, MD on January 25, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Paul E. C. and Mary Elizabeth Mowen McNamee.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years Jack Eugene Helman on December 7, 2008.

She was a Homemaker and was of the Methodist faith.

She is survived by 2 daughters Corrine D. Mauck and her husband Nevin of Greencastle, PA and Jackie L. Willetts and her husband James of Williamsport, MD, a granddaughter Katlyn B. Willetts of Williamsport, MD, a grandson Ryan H. Mauck and his wife Andrea of Greencastle, PA, a great grandson Camden J. Eichelberger of Williamsport, MD, 2 sisters Patricia Michael of Hagerstown, MD and Janice McDaniel of Waynesboro, PA and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her husband and parents, Lois was preceded in death by 6 sisters Virginia Stonebraker, M. Lorraine Ebersole, Thelma Oberholzer, Lillian Bartles, A. Elaine Lewis and Mahala McNamee and 5 brothers Paul McNamee, Samuel McNamee, Charles McNamee, Robert Lindy McNamee and William McNamee.

There will be no viewing.

Graveside services will be held on Friday September 7, 2018 at 11:00am at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park in Hagerstown, MD with Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating.
