Oscar Bud Hall

Sharpsburg, MD – Oscar “Bud” Hall, Jr., 81, of Sharpsburg, MD passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at his home.

He was born on November 2, 1935 in Benham, Kentucky to the late Oscar and Mae Hoskins Hall.

He was employed by Bethlehem Steel of Baltimore, MD for 30 years until his retirement in 1985.

He was an active member of the Woodmen of the World.

Oscar is survived by his wife Geraldine Cromwell Hall whom he married March 29, 1954; children Mary Jane Jones, Barbara Gale Hall, Jesse David Hall, Allen Dale Hall and Wesley Quinton Hall; two sisters; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by 1 sister and 3 brothers.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, August 27, 2017 from 7:00-9:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Monday, August 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Curtis L. Hendershot officiating.
