Robbie Brooks Reed

Shepherdstown, WV- Robbie Brooks Reed, 51, of Shepherdstown, WV passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

He was born on November 25, 1965 in Hagerstown, MD to Margaret Louise Davis Reed of Williamsport, MD and the late Eugene Miller “Sam” Reed.

He was a 1983 graduate of Williamsport High School Williamsport, MD.

He was employed as an Electrician with Free State Electric of Laurel, MD.

He was a member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church Williamsport, MD.

Robbie was a lifetime member of Conococheague Tribe #84 IORM Williamsport, MD, and a member of I.B.E.W. Local #27 Union Washington, D.C.

He loved riding his Harley with his wife, and loved going to flea markets.

He was an avid outdoorsman and loved kayaking.  He was a talented electrician and there was nothing he couldn’t build.

Besides his mother Robbie is survived by his wife of 14 years Gail Lee Culp Reed; son Joshua Brooks Reed of Williston, ND; daughter Carli Reed of Williamsport, MD; stepdaughter Tanya Golladay of Gore, VA; stepson Mark Wilson, Jr. of Martinsburg, WV; stepdaughter Ladonna Wilson of Inwood, WV; brother Ashley Kent Reed and his wife Terry and nephew Truman Reed of Anchorage, Alaska; grandson Jaxn Brooks Reed of Springfield, MO; step grandchildren Eric Golladay of Gore, VA, Benjamin Golladay of Gore, VA, Aden Wilson of Martinsburg, WV, Jared Clemons of Inwood, WV and Brooke Haubeil of Inwood, WV.

A memorial service will be held at St. Andrew Presbyterian Church 10813 Donelson Dr. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, July 30, 2017 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Mark Sandell officiating. 

Burial will be private.
