Virginia Ellen "Ginny" Rowe

Hagerstown, Maryland-Virginia Ellen Rowe, 72 of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Friday January 3, 2020 at Doey’s House.

Born June 28, 1947 in Hagerstown, MD she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Rohrer and Juanita M. (Semler) Rager.

Virginia was a 1966 graduate of Boonsboro High School. She married the love of her life Robert E. Rowe on August 13, 1966. They had been married for 53 yrs.

She loved spending time with family.

In addition to her husband, Virginia is survived by her two daughters, Sherry Smith and Ronda Rowe; four grandchildren, Paul J Nathan, Brooke Nathan, Brianna Smith, Sierra Smith; five great grandchildren, Aaliyah Nathan, Lauren Nathan, Kinzlee Nathan, Cameron Hayes and Ava Brielle Smith; brother, Ricky E. Rager (Barbara) of Hagerstown; sister, Debbie Burker (Butch) of Fairplay, Md.; aunts, uncle, cousins and friends.

Virginia was preceded in death by one brother, Richard P Rager.

Memorial services will be held on Monday January 6, 2020 at 2:00 pm at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD 21795 with Chaplain Duane Musgrove officiating. Burial will be private.
