Wendy Michele Foltz

Berkeley Springs, WV – Wendy Michele Foltz, 49, of Berkeley Springs, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Berkeley Springs Care Center Berkeley Springs, WV.

She was born on April 14, 1970 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Aletta Gail Parker Foltz and Ernest William Foltz, Sr. of Falling Waters, WV.

She was a graduate of the Washington County Career Development Center.  She was Prom Queen her Senior Year of School.

Wendy was employed by Wendy’s Restaurant Hagerstown, MD and Richardson’s Restaurant on the Dual Highway where she bussed tables. She most recently was employed at Mack/Volvo in Hagerstown, MD.

She was of the Protestant Faith.

She loved her family.  She was involved with the Special Olympics and the ARC of Washington County. 

Wendy loved all kinds of sports especially basketball which she played daily.  She also loved bowling and belonged to a league at Southside Bowl.

Besides her father she is survived by her stepmother Judith Irene Schildtknecht Foltz; sister Tina M.A. Tudor of Berkeley Springs, WV; brother Ernest W. “Pete” Foltz, Jr. of Falling Waters, WV; special Aunt Carolyn Joanne Knode of Hagerstown, MD.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 1:00 pm with Pastor Kim Nunberg officiating.  Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
