He was born on January 9, 1941 to the late William Weaver and Nancy Sharer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anita Faye Weaver in 2008.

He was employed by Victor Cullen Academy until his retirement.

He was a veteran.

He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church Hagerstown, MD.
