William "Bill" Franklin Hart

Greencastle, PA – William “Bill” Franklin Hart, 75, of Greencastle, PA passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at Falling Springs Nursing Home Chambersburg, PA.

He was born on March 30, 1942 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Roy Theodore Sr. and Virginia Susan Dunkle Hart.

He was a Master Electrician.

Bill was a member of the Conococheague Tribe #84 IORM Williamsport, MD, Mercersburg American Legion, and Funkstown Moose.

He is survived by his daughter Debra Norris and her husband Kenneth of Conway, SC; daughter Tammy Harbin and her husband Robert of Loris, SC; daughter Teresa Rivera and her husband Luis of Lancaster, PA; daughter Krista Bagley and her husband Mark of Hagerstown, MD; brother Roy “Teddy” Hart of Hagerstown, MD; sister Susan Socks of Smithsburg, MD; sister Marcie Higdon of Myersville, MD; 15 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by three grandchildren Desiree Norris, Cora Norris, and Joshua Norris.

A memorial service will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Ernest E. Witmer officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service from 1:00-2:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Saturday for the convenience of family and friends.

Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Manor Cemetery Boonsboro, MD.
