Angie Smith Obituary

Sharpsburg, MD – Angie Smith, 47, of Sharpsburg, MD passed away on Thursday, January 19, 2023, at her home.

 

She was born on November 29, 1975, in Hagerstown, MD to Andrea Joyce (Miller) Black of Sharpsburg, MD and the late Guy David Allen.

 

She was a 1993 graduate of Boonsboro High School.

 

Angie was previously employed by the Washington County Public Schools.

 

She loved to cook and spend time with her family, especially her mother and best friend Andrea Black.  She loved her dogs Jace and Tucker.

 

Besides her mother she is survived by her husband, Michael Smith of Sharpsburg, MD; stepdaughter Jada McEntire and her husband Seth of Waynesboro, PA; Aunt Gail Swanger and her husband George of Hagerstown, MD; Aunt Sue Fox of Falling Waters, WV; Aunt Charlotte Robinson of Williamsport, MD; Aunt Marianne Cline and her husband Randy of Hagerstown, MD; Uncle Bill Miller and his wife Laura; Cousin Dan Miller; Cousin Heather Miller; Niece Shelby Miller; Nephew Billy Miller; Sister-In-Law Anne Smith and her son Canyon of Martinsburg, WV; 3 grandsons Andrew, Mason, and Caleb; special neighbors Kaylee, Kim, Donna, Angela, and the Knights.

 

Besides her father, she was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Arline Miller and her stepfather Billy Black.

Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at 2:00 pm with Brother Bradley Graybill officiating.  The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday from 1:00 – 2:00 pm.  Burial will be private.
