Williamsport, MD - Catherine Olivia Bingaman, 84 of Williamsport, MD passed away peacefully on Saturday January 9, 2021.
Born on December 1, 1936 in Williamsport, MD she was the daughter of the late Lewis B. Flora and Julia Catherine Carbaugh.
She was preceded in death by her husband Frederick Harvey Bingaman in 2016.
She was a 1954 graduate of Williamsport High School.
Catherine was a Homemaker.
She was a member of Mt. View Baptist Church in Hagerstown, MD.
She is survived by her daughter Cathy A. Bingaman and her companion Dave L. Sterling of Williamsport, MD; son Robert C. Bingaman and his wife Kathy of Williamsport, MD; sister Eunice F. Miller of Hagerstown, MD; brother David P. Flora of Mont Alto, PA; grandson Ryan C. Bingaman of Williamsport, MD; grandson Sheldon L. Bucher and his wife Melissa of Divide, CO; great-grandchildren Wyatt Bingaman, Morgan Bingaman, and Preston Bucher.
She was predeceased by three brothers Donald, Ray, and Charles Flora.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday January 13, 2021 from 6:00-8:00pm. For the convenience of family and friends the funeral home will open Wednesday at 9:00am.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday January 14, 2021 at 11:00am at the funeral home with Pastor Sean A. Brumbaugh officiating. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport, MD.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Catherine’s name to Mt. View Baptist Church 12107 Walnut Point Rd. Hagerstown, MD 21740.
