Hagerstown, MD - Charlotte Mae Miller, 82, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Wednesday, January 15, 2020 at

Julia Manor Nursing Home Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on September 7, 1937 in Martinsburg, WV to the late Sandy Jr. and Rosie Agnes Stephens Mills.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Isaac Miller on August 31, 2019.

She was employed by Corning Glass in Martinsburg, WV until her retirement.

Charlotte was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church Williamsport, MD.

She was also a member of WD Byron Post #1936 VFW Auxiliary of Hagerstown, MD;

Amvets Post #10 Auxiliary of Hagerstown, MD; and Loyal Order of Moose Auxiliary of Hagerstown, MD.

She is survived by her stepdaughter Rimini A. Kephart and her husband Eric of Clear Spring, MD;

stepson Kirk L. Miller and his wife Shannon of Williamsport, MD; sister Marguerite Carroll and her

husband Crist Gettel of Shepherdstown, WV; step granddaughter Matayia Miller; longtime friend

Janet Fischer of Hagerstown, MD.

She was predeceased by three brothers Walter Mills, Thomas Mills, and Ronnie Stephens; and two sisters

Evelyn Laidlow and Mary Mills.

A graveside service will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Monday, January 20, 2020 at

10:00 am with Pastor Kim Nunberg officiating.
