Williamsport, Maryland-David Warren West, 83 of Williamsport, MD passed away on Friday January 24, 2020 at the Williamsport Retirement Village.
Born in Hagerstown, MD on February 8, 1936, he was the son of the late Roy Irving and Edna Frances Shank West. He was preceded in death by his wife Dorothy Arleen West in 2017.
He was of the Pentecostal faith.
He worked for Jamison Door Company in Hagerstown, MD for 47 years retiring in 1998 as a supervisor.
He is survived by a son Richard West of Wellington, SC, a daughter Kay Parker, a son David L. West, a daughter Patricia Scott, a son Jeff West and a sister Nancy Palmer all of Hagerstown, MD, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a son David W. West, 4 great grandchildren, a son in law, 4 sisters and 4 brothers.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday January 29, 2020 from 9:00am-11:00am at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD 21795.
Graveside services will be held on Wednesday January 29, 2020 at 12 noon at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Williamsport, MD with Pastor Jonathan Laye officiating.
