Devin Alexander Blackman

Williamsport, MD – Devin Alexander Blackman, 25, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at Meritus Medical Center Hagerstown, MD.

He was born on May 17, 1995 in Martinsburg, WV.

Devin was a 2013 graduate of Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.

He loved playing golf, coaching with the Conococheague Little League, Junior Wildcats and Williamsport Wrestling Club.  He loved being with his family and friends and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his mother Brandi Kristen Thomas of Williamsport, MD; father and stepmother Paul and Tammy Blackman of Martinsburg, WV; stepfather Steve Thomas of Williamsport, MD; girlfriend Kaitlyn Matson of Keedysville, MD; maternal grandparents Ronald and Linda Bain of Martinsburg, WV; maternal great grandmother Marguerite Bain of Gerrardstown, WV; paternal grandmother Doris Nicolas and her husband Harry of Baltimore, MD; paternal grandfather Ivory Blackman, Jr. and his wife Darlene of Richmond, VA; sister Alexis Newman of Martinsburg, WV; sister Nia Blackman of Martinsburg, WV; brother Landon Meyers of Williamsport, MD; brother Connor Thomas of Williamsport, MD; brother Riley Thomas of Williamsport, MD; several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday, July 12, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Sunday for the convenience of family and friends.

A celebration of life will be held at Poor House Farm Park Poor House Farm Rd in Martinsburg, WV on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at 1:00 pm.
