Dianne L. (Brice) Harley

Hagerstown, MD – Dianne L. (Brice) Harley, 70, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Meritus Medical Center.

She was born on March 7, 1953, in Frederick, MD to the late Leonard Sr. and Florence Irene (Roberts) Brice.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Francis Harley, Jr. in 2015.

Dianne was employed with City Cab in Frederick, MD for 35 years.

She loved spending time with her grandkids and great grandkids.  She also enjoyed fishing, bingo, shuffleboard, watching METV, and going to Wal-Mart.

Dianne is survived by her daughter Christy Stoian and her husband Bobby of Keedysville, MD; daughter Lorie Harley of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Ruthie Griffin and her husband Sean of Hagerstown, MD; sister Virginia Brice of Texas; grandchildren Meranda and her husband Bradley, Corinne and her fiancé Justin, Andrew, Austin, and Zoriah; great grandchildren A.J., Adelyn, and Thomas; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Besides her parents and husband, she is also predeceased by 3 brothers.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, July 13, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Rocky Gap Veterans Cemetery in Flintstone, MD on Friday, July 14, 2023, at 11:00 am with Kevin Smoot officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD 21795 to offset funeral expenses.
