Hagerstown, MD – Dixie Lee Grimm, 75, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Thursday, September 21, 2023, at her home.

She was born on January 21, 1948, in Sharpsburg, MD to the late Jerome “Bo” and Lydia (McGraw) Mose.

Dixie was a 1966 graduate of Boonsboro High School Boonsboro, MD.

She was employed by Bella’s Salon until her retirement.

She was a member of Frederick Baptist Church in Frederick, MD.

Dixie loved her grandchildren, enjoyed the beach, and taking walks.  She loved being around people, she was incredibly social, and was a very nice person.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 50 years Bobby (Mitch) Grimm; son Rodney Grimm and his wife Shelly; granddaughter Hailey (Grimm) Baunoch and her husband Cameron; grandson Jacob Grimm; brother Larry Mose.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her brother Terry Mose.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday, September 27, 2023, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Wednesday for the convenience of family and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, September 28, 2023, at 11:00 am with Hospice Chaplain Duane Musgrove officiating.  Interment will be in Samples Manor Cemetery Sharpsburg, MD.
