Donald Wallace Newlin

Falling Waters, WV – Donald Wallace Newlin, 77, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Sunday, August 6, 2023, at his home.

He was born on July 8, 1946, in Williamsport, MD to the late Enoch Lewis Newlin and Marie Delphia Clem.

Donald was employed by Panhandle Builders until his retirement this year.

He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Donald loved to spend time with family and was always outside playing with his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Patricia Newlin; daughters Heather Newlin and Jacqueline Smith of Falling Waters, WV; son Jeffrey Flook of Falling Waters, WV; sister Olivia Shank; brothers Enoch Newlin, Jr. and Victor Newlin; grandchildren and best friends David Shirley, III and Hunter Fraley.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers William Newlin and Robert Newlin, and sisters Mary Forrest and Nancy Newlin.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, August 14, 2023, from 5:00 -7:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Monday for the convenience of family and friends.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
