Falling Waters, WV – Frank W. Bell, Jr., 59, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Saturday, August 5, 2023, at Berkeley Medical Center Martinsburg, WV.

He was born on October 24, 1963, in Washington County, MD to the late Frank W. Sr. and Betty Rayetta (Stuller) Bell.

Frank was a 1981 graduate of Clear Spring High School in Clear Spring, MD.

He was a Carpenter and worked for various construction companies until his retirement.

He was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Clear Spring, MD.

Frank was a member of West Virginia FFA; past member of Izaak Walton League of Washington County.

He was very proud of his children and grandchildren.

He is survived by his wife of 38 years Barbara Bell; son Frank W. Bell, III and his wife Amanda Ash of Falling Waters, WV; son Kevin Alexander Bell and his significant other Victoria Ruby of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Amanda Renee Bell of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Tracy Marie Bell and her husband Tyler Cramphin of Martinsburg, WV; grandchildren Anthony, Kaison, Megan, Ryder, Nevaeh, Cameron, Emerald, and one on the way; 2 sisters and 1 brother; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was predeceased by 2 sisters.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, August 18, 2023, from 6:00 -8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Friday for the convenience of family and friends.
