Hedgesville, WV – Glen Seabolt, 76, of Hedgesville, WV passed away on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at Berkeley Medical Center Martinsburg, WV.


He was born on August 24, 1947, in Brookville, MD to the late Thurman and Alvare (Fee) Seabolt.


Glen was a 1965 graduate of Richard Montgomery High School Rockville, MD.


He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving in Vietnam.


He was employed by Montgomery County DOT for 32 years until his retirement.


Glen previously attended Tomahawk Christian Church Hedgesville, WV.


Glen was a good man.  He loved to go to casinos, Nascar races, and Nascar shops.  He enjoyed traveling and visiting new places with his wife Peggy to places like Graceland and Dollywood.  He loved his family dearly.


He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years Peggy Seabolt; daughter Sandra Crickenberger and her husband Fred; son Glen Seabolt, Jr. and his wife Sherry; daughter Tammy Lafterty and her husband Sam; son Raymond Rychwalski; son Daniel Bell and his wife Salina; son Sean Griffin and his wife Ruth; brother Pearl Seabolt; 3 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.


Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his sisters Grace, Jenny, and Mickey.


The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, February 8, 2024, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 1:00 pm on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.


Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 11:00 am with Bob Santamire officiating.  Interment will be in Manor Cemetery Boonsboro, MD.
