Jeremy Scott Martin

Hagerstown, MD – Jeremy Scott Martin, 50, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at his home.

He was born on December 10, 1971 in Hagerstown, MD to Judy Martin of Hagerstown, MD and Jeff Martin of Hagerstown, MD.

Jeremy's grandparents were Richard and Ivy Martin of Hagerstown, MD; and Ward and Opal Lewis of  Bel Air, MD.

Jeremy was a 1989 graduate of Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.  He received an Associate Degree from Hagerstown Junior College and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Shippensburg University.

He was employed by KBSCFO of Kensington, MD and was previously employed by Dynamark Security Systems in Hagerstown, MD as the Chief Financial Officer.

Jeremy was of the Lutheran Faith.

He was a member of the Mediary Lodge #140 AF&AM of Williamsport, MD; Conococheague Tribe #84 IORM of Williamsport, MD; Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and American Institute of Certified  Public Accountants.

Jeremy was an avid Houston Astros Fan and a Houston Texans Fan.  He also enjoyed college sports in addition to professional sports.

Besides his parents he is survived by his daughter Adrianna C. Martin; son Jacob S.  Martin; brother Jamie D. Martin and his wife Tracy of Williamsport, MD; nephew Tyler J. Martin and his fiancee’ Allison Morey and their daughter Elizabeth;  lifelong best friend Scott Draper, several aunts, uncles, and many additional family members and friends.

A celebration of life/greeting of friends will be held at Potomac Post #202 American Legion 400 American Legion Drive Williamsport, MD 21795 on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 2:00 – 5:00 pm.
