Joann Kay "Oz" Martz

Williamsport, MD – Joann Kay “Oz” Martz, 66, of Williamsport, MD went home to be with her Lord & Savior on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

She was born on March 19, 1957, in Hagerstown, MD to the late William Ross, Sr. and Annabelle (Smith) Mellott.

She attended Williamsport Schools.

She previously attended Calvary Temple in Williamsport, MD.

Joann is survived by her spouse; brother Michael Mellott (Mary) of Boonsboro, MD; niece Cindy Mellott and great niece Sarah Mellott.

She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother William Ross Mellott, Jr.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Tuesday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, at 2:00 pm with Rev. Robert V. Robinson officiating.
