Hagerstown, MD – Julia Wolff Springer, 95, of Hagerstown, MD passed away on Sunday October 22, 2023, at her home.
She was born on September 24, 1928, in Amberson, Pennsylvania to the late Owen S. and Annie (Burke) Wolff.
Julia is survived by her husband of 73 years, Daniel W. Springer.
She was a 1946 graduate of Hagerstown High School in Hagerstown, MD.
She was a member of Zion Reformed United Church of Christ in Hagerstown, MD.
Julia was a simple woman. She enjoyed gardening and collecting stuffed animals and willow tree angels. She was a dedicated mother to her two sons James and Gene.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son James Springer and his wife Rhonda of Martinsburg, WV; daughter-in-law Tammy Springer of Mercersburg, PA; brother Ellsworth Wolff of Hagerstown, MD; grandchildren Michael, Melanie, and Ryan; great grandson Wesley.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by a son Gene F. Springer.
