Kathy Virginia Miller

Williamsport, MD – Kathy Virginia Miller, 61, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at Fahrney Keedy in Boonsboro, MD. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great grandmother, and Aunt.

She was born on May 2, 1958 in Hagerstown, MD to the late Samuel Clay Sr. and Mary Jean Robison Seibert.

She attended North Hagerstown High School Hagerstown, MD.

Kathy was employed by Maryland Ribbon for many years. She also worked at Parker Plastics in Hagerstown, MD.

She loved playing Bingo and loved her cats.

She is survived by her husband of 47 years Rickey E. Miller, Sr.; son Rickey E. Miller, Jr. and his wife Tonya of Hagerstown, MD; daughter Stacy M. Hornbaker and her husband Eric of Mercersburg, PA; grandchildren Brittany Diamond, Sierra Diamond, Alexis Miller, Brandon Miller, Gabrielle Miller, Jarret Hornbaker, and Hunter Miller; great granddaughter Oaklenn; sister Leslie “Jeannie” Miller; brothers Sam C. Seibert, Jr., Russell L. Seibert, Michael L. Seibert, and Donald M. Seibert.

Family and friends may pay their respects to Kathy on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD.

Burial will be private at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.

A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
