Kelly (Kinzer) Abe

Falling Waters, WV – Kelly (Kinzer) Abe, 61, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Thursday May 11, 2023, at her home.

She was born on July 9, 1961, in Hagerstown, MD to the late Roger Dean and Jean Frances (Heefner) Kinzer.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Robert Abe of Falling Waters, WV.

She attended Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.

Throughout her life she was employed by Days Inn, Ernst Market, and Food Lion in various managerial roles. She was a homebody and enjoyed her time at home with her family and her dogs. She loved to watch TV, especially old movies, and TV shows.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two stepdaughters Stephanie Abe of Cumberland, MD; Kellie Abe of Fort Ashby, WV; grandchildren Devin, Madison, Bryce, Isaac, and Gwen; sister Debbie Shank and her husband Jake of Pinesburg, MD; sister Tina Easton and her husband Wayne of Big Pool, MD sister Heidi Jackson of Clear Spring, MD; mother-in-law Doris Abe of Lavale, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her father-in-law Robert L. Abe and her brother Roger Dean Kinzer, II.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Wednesday May 17, 2023, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 12:00 pm (noon) on Wednesday for the convenience of family and friends.
