Kendall Jay Altshuler

Boonsboro, MD – Kendall Jay Altshuler, 66, of Boonsboro, MD passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Meritus Medical Center in Hagerstown, MD.

He was born on August 23, 1954 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Benson Mayer and Arlene Hope Horn Altshuler.

He was a self-employed Enrolled Agent, Investment Advisor, and Farmer.

He was a member of St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church in Williamsport, MD.

Kendall loved life and lived life to the fullest.  He loved people and animals.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Edith K. Altshuler; daughter Kristin Moreland and her husband Clayton of Hagerstown, MD; grandsons Logan age 8 and Grayson age 6; sister Sherry Waters of Accokeek, MD.

He was predeceased by a brother Stacy Altshuler.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 5:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.

A funeral mass will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church 17630 Virginia Ave. Hagerstown, MD on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 11:00 am with Father John Jicha celebrant.  Burial will be private.
