He was born on November 28, 1949 in Nashville, TN to the late Alton Richard and Florence Harriet Follis Highsmith.
He was a graduate of Madison Academy in Madison, TN.
He was employed as a Service Technician.
He is survived by his sister Frances J. Freeman of Falling Waters, WV; sister Rosemary D. Left of Madison, TN; brother Rodney L. Highsmith of Banning, CA.
He was predeceased by an infant sister Holly Louise Highsmith.
Services and burial will be private.
