Margaret Marie Shank

Williamsport, MD – Margaret Marie Shank, 86, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Doey’s House in Hagerstown, MD.

She was born on June 23, 1934 in Nipetown, WV to the late Harry Everett and Minerva Mae Crowell Jordan.

She as a 1952 graduate of Martinsburg High School in Martinsburg, WV.

She was a Homemaker.  She worked at Berkeley Manufacturing in Martinsburg, WV in her early years.

Margaret attended Four Mile Woods Presbyterian Church in her youth in Martinsburg, WV.

She loved to prepare meals and treats for family celebrations.

Margaret loved spending time and making memories with her family.

She is survived by her husband of 52 years Donald L. Shank; daughter Brenda Appleby and her husband Todd of State Line, PA; daughter Tina Shank of Hagerstown, MD; son Dennis Shank of Martinsburg, WV; son Charles Jordan of Williamsport, MD; mother-in-law Irene M. Shank of Williamsport, MD; granddaughter Haley Appleby of State Line, PA; grandson Tyler Appleby and his wife Olivia of Pine Grove, PA.

She was predeceased by 5 sisters Mabel Jordan, Dorothy Stolipher, Ethel Besaw, Violet Linton, and Louise Cook; 3 brothers Lester Jordan, Leroy Jordan, and Lawrence Jordan; special nieces Betty Robinson and Ruth Smith.

Family and friends may pay their respects to Margaret on Monday, August 10, 2020 from 12:00 – 5:00 pm at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD.  Masks must be worn to enter the funeral home.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Ray Roberson officiating.
