Marion E. (Trio) Webber

Sharpsburg, MD – Marion E. (Trio) Webber, 94, of Sharpsburg, MD, passed away on Wednesday March 15, 2023, at her home. 

Born on June 21, 1928, Marion was the fourth child of Nicholas and Sophie Trio. A tired Sophie named her after the steam shovel working along their street. Marion was a worker. 

Marion was a graduate of Woodbridge High School in Woodbridge, NJ. 

Marion worked outside the home as a model, sales associate, and supervisor. Her favorite job was being a mother and grandmother.  

Marion was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church, the Owls Club, and all of the organizations that her children participated in. 

She is survived by a daughter Eileen Kline, son Stephen G. Webber, Jr. (Margaret), daughter Karen Webber-Harrell (Barry), son Russell N. Webber (Megan); grandchildren Amanda (Rodney), Madeline (Jacob), Zachary, and Joshua (Amanda); niece Janine (Jill), nephews Edward (Pat), Greg (Mitch) and a very special great grandson Bentley. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother Edward Trio and sisters Lillian Trio and Jeni Gevas. 

Marion’s wish for everyone would be for you to be okay because that is all she would ask for. 

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Sunday March 19, 2023, from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. 

A celebration of life mass of will be held at St. Agnes Catholic Church 200 S. Duke St. Shepherdstown, WV 25443 on Monday March 20, 2023, at 11:00 am with Father T. Mathew Rowgh celebrant. 

Inurnment in columbarium will be announced at a later date.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Agnes Catholic Church 200 S. Duke St. Shepherdstown, WV 25443 or Hospice of Washington County 1710 Underpass Way suite 300, Hagerstown, MD 21740.
