Falling Waters, WV – Mary Elmira Clever, 85, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 at her home.

She was born on February 2, 1933 in McConnellsburg, PA to the late Ernest Grant and Virginia Maye Gordon Harr.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert John Clever on December 30, 2000.

She was a Homemaker.

She was of the Brethren Faith.

Mary enjoyed gardening and loved the outdoors.

She is survived by her daughter Rose M. Clever and her fiancee’ Esteban B. Laboy of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Delta M. Shirley of Hedgesville, WV; daughter Patricia A. Evans and her husband Stanley of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; son Robert E. Clever and his wife Dianna of Hagerstown, MD; son Billy D. Clever of Falling Waters, WV; son Dusty O. Clever and his wife Kim of Boonsboro, MD; sister Marie E. Stine of Marion, PA; brother Bill E. Harr of Chambersburg, PA; brother Tim E. Harr of Big Cove Tannery, PA; brother Mike E. Harr of Big Cove Tannery, PA; brother Sonny E. Harr of Big Cove Tannery, PA; brother Bus E. Harr of Big Cove Tannery, PA; 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sons Roger D. Clever and Ernest L. Clever; granddaughter Maria Ocasio; son in law Rick Shirley; sister Martha E. Harr; brothers Tommy E. Harr, Max E. Harr, Short E. Harr, and Mark E. Harr.

Funeral services will be held at Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at 1:00 pm with Pastor R. William Wyand officiating.  Interment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD.  The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 12:00-1:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends.
