Mary Louise "Shiny" Truax

Williamsport, MD – Mary Louise “Shiny” Deneen Truax, 83, of Williamsport Nursing Home Williamsport, MD went home to her Lord and Saviour on September 24, 2020.

Mary was born to Charles and Ruth Steiner Deneen on June 11, 1937 in Fulton County, PA. 

Mary loved to read her Bible and watch TV.

Mary was a homemaker most of her life and volunteered at Homewood Nursing Home.

Mary is survived by her husband Calvin E. Truax; son David Truax of Florida; two sisters Sue Ann Ayers, Dodie Hull of Berkeley Springs, WV; one brother Phillip Deneen of Hedgesville, WV.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by three sisters Evelyn Weller, Ella Mae Holler, and Betty Jane Price; two brothers Charles “Jim” Deneen and Andy Deneen.

There will be no viewing.

Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 am with Pastor Lynn Munson and Pastor Rodney Truax officiating.
