Oakland, MD – Patrick Blake Dom, 27, of Oakland, MD passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at his home.
He was born on May 2, 1996, in Martinsburg, WV to Rodney Keith Dom of Martinsburg, WV and Brenda Lee Zimmerman of Oakland, MD.
Patrick was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
He attended Accident Elementary School in Accident, MD, and attended middle and high school at Jefferson School in Cumberland, MD. He went onto the Appalachian Crossroads Day Program in Oakland, MD after high school.
Patrick loved all the kid’s videos on YouTube. He was very good with technology. He touched a lot of lives during his life.
Besides his parents, he is survived by his stepfather Lewis William Burral of Swanton, MD; older brother Jeremy Keith Dom; Aunts Ann Elizabeth Wright and Billie Jo Whitacre; Uncle Charles Burrell Zimmerman, Jr.; Aunts Peggy Sword, Middie Dean Williams and her husband Andy; Lewanna Joyce Stanley and her husband Glenn; Uncles Walter Freeman Dom and Mark Steven Dom and his wife Diane; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was predeceased by his stepmother Lori Ann Dom; maternal grandparents Charles Burrell Zimmerman, Sr. and Doris Viola (Dawson) Zimmerman; paternal grandparents George Freeman Dom and Mary Jane (Smith) Dom; Uncle Robert Sword.
The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Friday, May 19, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
Funeral services will be held at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at 11:00 am with President Edward Rayburn officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. to help offset funeral expenses at 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD 21795
