Williamsport, MD – Ravena Catherine Minnick, 94, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Fahrney Keedy Nursing Home in Boonsboro, MD.
She was born on March 30, 1927 in Clear Spring, MD to the late Lewis Winger and Mary Elsie Yetter Forsyth.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Vernon Minnick in 2013.
She was a graduate of Clear Spring High School in Clear Spring, MD.
She was a Homemaker.
Ravena was a longtime member of Holy Trinity Church in Halfway, MD.
She was an avid Baltimore Orioles fan.
She is survived by her daughter Deborah A. Shupp and her husband Richard of Hagerstown, MD; son Gregory L. Minnick and his wife Melody of Williamsport, MD; son Darryl V. Minnick of Williamsport, MD.
She was called Mimi by her grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandson who were dear to her heart; Tonya A. Colliflower, Chrissy J. Minnick, Beth A. Minnick, Dr. Jeffrey W. Shupp, Stephen D. Minnick, Gregory L. Minnick, II Bradley Colliflower, Josh Colliflower, and Beric Colliflower.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She was predeceased by her sister Pauline Piraino and three brothers Carl Forsyth, Noel Forsyth, and Donald Forsyth.
Services and burial will be private.
