Rebecca Ellen "Becky" Wolford

Williamsport, MD – Rebecca Ellen “Becky” Wolford, 87, of Williamsport, MD passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 of natural causes at Williamsport Retirement Center.

She was born on October 25, 1932 in Williamsport, MD to the late Boyd Gilmore “Jack” and Marcella Glendora “Priss” Bowers Kirby.

She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Herbert Wolford, Sr. on March 7, 2017.  They were married on July 31, 1954.

Becky was a 1951 graduate of Williamsport High School in Williamsport, MD.

She was a Homemaker.

She was a member of Williamsport Church of God in Williamsport, MD.

Becky loved animals, children, and especially spending time with her grandchildren.  Her family meant the world to her.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie J. Hoffman of Williamsport, MD; daughter Robin E. Cool and her husband Shawn of Glenville, PA; daughter Penny M. Beaver and her husband Keith of Chambersburg, PA; son Paul H. “Petie” Wolford, III of Williamsport, MD; son Robert C. Wolford and his wife Lisa of Payson, AZ; grandchildren Kristi Brooks, Noelle Curran, Erin Wolford, Shayna Wolford, Taylor Cool, and Dalton Cool; 5 great grandchildren.

She was predeceased by two sisters Rita Kirby and Jean Cline; four brothers Robert Kirby, Sam Kirby, Jackie Kirby, and Jim Kirby.

The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Monday, July 6, 2020 from 6:00-8:00 pm.  The funeral home will be open after 12:00 (noon) on Monday for the convenience of family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park Williamsport, MD on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 11:00 am with Rev. Dr. Ray Roberson officiating.
